Job Overview

Rewarding career opportunity for an experienced Electronics Specialist to join our team at Richardson Electronics, Ltd. as a Microwave Engineer. This exciting role involves the repair and maintenance of RF and microwave systems.


We are seeking a highly skilled professional with in-depth knowledge of satellite communication amplifiers, RF and microwave test equipment, and power RF/microwave, co-axial and waveguide systems.


The successful candidate will have excellent technical skills, including soldering and mechanical knowledge, and be able to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Diagnostic and repair of electronic systems
  • Qualification to BSc or HND level (or equivalent)
  • Familiarity with safe working practices and teamwork
  • Understanding of RF and microwave systems and test equipment
  • Soldering skills and basic mechanical knowledge

Compensation and Benefits

A competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year is offered, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and a contributory pension scheme.
