Beach Support Team Member

The RNLI's Lifeboat Station in Wells-next-the-Sea is seeking volunteer shore crew members to assist with the safe launch and recovery of lifeboats. As a vital part of our team, you will contribute to saving lives at sea by performing essential tasks such as launching and recovering lifeboats on service and exercise.
This role requires general fitness, good communication skills, and the ability to learn new skills. You must be between 18 and 70 years old and live or work within 15 minutes of the station. In return, you will gain valuable experience, enhance your CV, and be part of an inclusive and diverse organisation.
Estimated salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per year (dependent on location and experience).
