About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Shore Crew member at our RNLI Lifeboat Station in Wells-next-the-Sea. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference in their community and be part of a dynamic team that saves lives at sea.

As a Shore Crew member, you will play a vital role in assisting with the safe launch and recovery of our lifeboats on service and exercise. You will also contribute to the overall upkeep of the station, lifeboats, and equipment, ensuring they are always ready to respond to emergencies.
