Freelance Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Recruitment Consultant with a strong background in the banking and financial services (FS) sectors.
About the Role:The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment within either Banking, Financial Services, IT or Accountancy domains, demonstrating the ability to deliver high-quality candidates for various roles.

Key Responsibilities:- Source and identify top talent for permanent or interim, temporary, and contract positions within the FS sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to ensure candidates meet the required qualifications and fit the organizational culture of our clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide clients with insightful advice on recruitment strategies.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including negotiating contract terms and managing the onboarding of successful candidates.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records within our recruitment database to ensure efficient and effective candidate tracking and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, specifically within the FS sector.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in using recruitment software and databases.
- In-depth knowledge of the FS sector and market awareness, including current trends and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and client expectations.
