- Proven experience in delivering structured support and implementing effective risk management strategies.
- A collaborative team player with a compassionate, empathetic, flexible, and resilient approach.
- Previous experience in resolving incidents effectively and maintaining a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
- The ability to demonstrate initiative, confidence, and sound judgment when making decisions.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and IT skills, including the ability to produce reports and other communications.
- Knowledge of psychological or trauma-informed approaches to support.
- Experience working in demanding environments with the capacity to plan, prioritize, organize tasks, and achieve results.
- Familiarity with current benefit systems.
- Previous experience in a care and support environment.
