Emergency Accommodation Administrator

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our Interim and Supported Accommodation Team. As an Emergency Accommodation Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team in delivering a high-quality service to homeless households in crisis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of emergency accommodation and housing support
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and report generation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including Bristol City Council colleagues and external partners
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to emergency accommodation and housing support

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
