NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our Older People Services team at the Royal Alexandra Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide specialist occupational therapy assessment and rehabilitation to older adults in the Clyde area.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of older adults and develop personalized rehabilitation plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide patient-centered care and support staff and students in their professional development.
- Work closely with a Clinical Specialist Occupational Therapist to drive service development and improve outcomes for older adults.
- Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification.
- Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Experience working in a clinical setting and evidence of relevant postgraduate courses or continuing professional development (CPD).
