About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at Theo James Recruitment. As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our facilities to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and lead facilities change to ensure minimum disruption to core activities
- Respond to major facilities issues and raised EHS / Facilities cases
- Work with local authorities and key stakeholders to ensure compliance with lease agreements
- Experience of leading and working upon projects
- Manage building regulations, compliance and health and safety requirements
- Good communication skills – able to communicate and have experience of working and liaising with other departments
- Manage department budgets and raise approvals / sign offs for capital investments
- Experience of working within a similar role, managing facilities or building regulations
- Ability to lead and manage projects
