About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Associate Director. In this role, you'll work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement sustainability strategies that meet the needs of our clients and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of sustainability strategies and solutions for our clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
  • Mentor and direct junior colleagues to ensure their professional development and task delivery
  • Manage day-to-day service line project delivery and management responsibility for nominated team members
  • Proactively participate and manage team development activities, transfer of knowledge, and mentor junior colleagues
  • Identify opportunities to invest, develop, and offer new services within your service line team
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a closely related field
  • Demonstrated practical experience, competence, and proven expertise in evaluating state-of-the-art building designs and energy-efficiency technologies
  • Thorough understanding of mechanical systems and controls and knowledge of the specialized requirements of highly technical facilities
  • Ability to develop detailed energy models with eQuest or other simulation software
  • Excellent presentation and writing skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
