About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Home Manager to join our team at Willing Care. As a Nursing Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of our care facility, ensuring that we provide the highest standards of care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and management to our care team, ensuring that we deliver high-quality care and services to our residents.
  • Care Planning and Delivery: Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents, ensuring that we provide person-centered care and support.
  • Staff Management and Development: Manage and develop our care team, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality care and services.
  • Quality and Compliance: Ensure that our care facility meets all regulatory standards and requirements, and that we maintain a culture of quality and excellence.
  • Business Development and Growth: Identify opportunities for business growth and development, and work with our leadership team to implement strategies that drive business success.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN/RMN/RNLD) and a valid NMC Pin.
  • Experience: Proven experience in managing a care or nursing home, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality care and services.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
