About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleaning and Maintenance Professional. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance across our properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide an efficient cleaning service, adhering to health and safety protocols and group policies.
  • Support the external areas team as required, working collaboratively to maintain our communities and working environments.
  • Report any maintenance issues or problems to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Work in partnership with another team member, sharing a van and working together to achieve our goals.

Requirements

  • A strong cleaning background, with a good working knowledge of estate management issues.
  • A driving license is essential for this role.
  • A working knowledge of COSHH regulations, relating to the safe use of chemicals in the public domain.
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to work independently.
  • A satisfactory Basic DBS check will be required as part of our employment checks.
