Warehouse Operative Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team in Bradford. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for efficiently processing shipments, maintaining excellent housekeeping standards, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Import and Export shipments, ensuring timely distribution across the world and UK.
  • Maintain excellent housekeeping standards, following the 5S methodology.
  • Accurately scan all freight items.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout shipment processing.
  • Complete all relevant paperwork and lists efficiently.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you must possess the following skills:

  • A valid counterbalance license.
  • Demonstrated experience in a fast-moving distribution environment.
  • Excellent communication and IT skills.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • A flexible and proactive approach to exceed operational objectives.
  • Previous experience using WMS systems, including RF Scanning and Unit Picking, would be advantageous.
