Asset Data Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Data Coordinator to join our team at Global Packaging Group. This role is responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of our information technology and telecommunications infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Help Desk support to troubleshoot reported problems and ensure continuous operation.
- Assess and troubleshoot devices, computers, peripherals, phones, and manufacturing equipment.
- Coordinate with the Systems Administrator and Network Administrator to ensure seamless system operation.
- Manage and coordinate with external vendors for device repair, manufacturing equipment tech support, and other services.
- Set up software on company-owned assets and maintain software and hardware inventory.
- Perform quarterly preventative maintenance and ensure equipment is in proper working order.
- Assist with voice data cabling and patching.
To be successful in this role, you must have an Associate degree in Information Technology or a related field, and two to four years of related experience. You should also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift up to 30 pounds. You should also have a strong understanding of local and wide area networks, Microsoft Office, and other relevant technologies.
Work EnvironmentThis role will be based in a moderate noise level environment, with occasional exposure to work near moving mechanical parts and risk of electrical shock. You will be required to use hands regularly, sit, and talk or hear frequently, and stand, walk, reach, and climb occasionally.
