Asset Data Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Data Coordinator to join our team at Global Packaging Group. This role is responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of our information technology and telecommunications infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Help Desk support to troubleshoot reported problems and ensure continuous operation.
- Assess and troubleshoot devices, computers, peripherals, phones, and manufacturing equipment.
- Coordinate with the Systems Administrator and Network Administrator to ensure seamless system operation.
- Manage and coordinate with external vendors for device repair, manufacturing equipment tech support, and other services.
- Set up software on company-owned assets and maintain software and hardware inventory.
- Perform quarterly preventative maintenance and ensure equipment is in proper working order.
- Assist with voice data cabling and patching.
To be successful in this role, you must have an Associate degree in Information Technology or a related field, and two to four years of related experience. You should also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
You will be required to have knowledge of local and wide area networks, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software and hardware. A+ certification is also preferred.
Work EnvironmentThis role requires occasional work near moving mechanical parts, in high places, and exposure to moderate noise levels. You will be required to lift up to 30 pounds and have good vision and ability to adjust focus.
