About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team of care professionals. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and safely in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care services, including washing and dressing, to clients in their own homes.
  • Offer companionship and social interaction to clients, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Assist with light housework and domestic tasks, ensuring clients' homes remain safe and comfortable.
  • Document activities and report any changes in clients' needs to the care team.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, their families, and the care team to ensure seamless care delivery.

Benefits

  • Competitive hourly rate of £12.00ph, with opportunities for increased rates for evening and weekend work.
  • Mileage allowance of £0.30p to £0.45p per mile, with most travel time paid at standard rate.
  • All training, including workshops and e-learning, is paid at standard rate.
  • Pension and holiday pay, providing a secure and stable income.
  • I-hour minimum visits, ensuring clients receive the care and attention they need.

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence and own car, with Business Class motor insurance.
  • UK residency and Right to Work in the UK.
  • Reliability, common sense, and a willingness to learn and adapt to clients' needs.
