Join Our Team as a Children's Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Children's Residential Support Worker. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people.

About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care and support. You will work closely with our team to create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the well-being and development of our young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care and support to our young people, including domestic needs, education, and socialization skills.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture that promotes open communication and collaboration.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A level 3 (or above) diploma in residential childcare (desirable).
  • A full driving licence issued in the UK.
  • Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions.
  • Values in line with Esland's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare.
  • Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above.
