Established Recruitment Agency Seeks Experienced Sales Professional
We are a well-established recruitment agency with over 50 years of experience in the Engineering, Construction, Building Services, Medical & Scientific, and Commercial & Industrial Solutions sectors. We are currently seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team in a new venture into the medical sector.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for selling a range of decontamination and sterilisation solutions, including autoclaves, washer/disinfectors, and other related products. They will also be responsible for creating and maintaining customer databases using CRM, staying informed about competing products and services, and upselling products and services.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to have a background in capital equipment medical sales, with experience in decontamination/sterilisation/infection control equipment. They will also need to be highly self-motivated, professional at all times, and passionate about sales. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential.
Compensation and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £45,000-£50,000 per annum, with uncapped OTE (£20,000) and a range of benefits including a company vehicle or allowance, laptop and mobile phone, fuel card, and 25 days annual leave.
