Property Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Consultant to join our team at Jackie Wilsher Staff Service. As a Property Consultant, you will play a crucial role in managing a portfolio of instructions and property sales, working closely with clients to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of instructions and property sales, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
  • Instruct local estate agents to provide property valuations, and negotiate with vendors to secure sales.
  • Prepare and conduct research to produce professional business brochures detailing service and sales propositions.
  • Manage client-instructed property works, including house clearances, maintenance works, property drain downs, and chattels valuations.
  • Manage a nationwide portfolio of properties through the entire sales and completion process.
  • Liaise with corporate clients to ensure their instructions and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are being managed, and update them on progress at key stages.
  • Contact vendors, estate agents, solicitors, conveyancers, contractors, and other third-parties to facilitate smooth transactions.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • IT literacy with reasonable typing speed.
  • Customer service experience is essential.
  • Property knowledge is ideal, but not essential as training will be provided.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work to targets, deadlines, KPIs, and SLAs.
