Job Overview

Middleby UK is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Executive to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, responding to customer enquiries, and processing orders.

About the Role:

  • Respond to customer enquiries, resolve queries, and process orders with high accuracy
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers, dealers, and internal/external stakeholders
  • Participate in regular product training to enhance knowledge and skills

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer-facing role, preferably in business-to-business environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with diverse customers
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft software, particularly Word and Excel

Salary and Benefits:

£25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits package including pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave.
