Hospitality Services Director

Situated in the heart of Yorkshire, Spurn Nature Discovery Centre is one of the UK's fastest-growing nature conservation organisations. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Hospitality Services Director - Catering to lead our catering and hospitality operations and drive business growth through innovation and excellence.

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives, managing a team of catering and hospitality staff, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences across all aspects of our operations.

The successful candidate will have extensive commercial and operational experience in the hospitality or catering industry, with a proven track record of delivering financial growth, improving efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will be a collaborative and motivational leader who can inspire and develop your team to deliver exceptional results.

We offer a competitive remuneration package, including a base salary of approximately £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave entitlement.
