At beBee Professionals, we're seeking a proactive Teaching Assistant to support our educational program in Coventry. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with teaching staff to create an effective learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and assist in lesson plan preparation to enhance student engagement.
  • Provide individualized support to students to reinforce concepts and promote academic success.
  • Manage classroom behavior and maintain a well-organized learning space.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of an Associate's degree in education or a related field is required.
  • Previous experience as a teaching assistant or in an educational setting is essential.
  • Demonstrated excellent communication skills and a passion for education are necessary.
Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
