About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Residential Support Team Member. This role involves working with children and young people in a residential setting, providing support and guidance to ensure they have an unforgettable experience.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a passion for adventure and working with children, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. They will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests, and contributing to the smooth running of our residential camps.

Responsibilities

This role will involve:

  • Providing exceptional support to our guests during their adventure breaks
  • Helping our guests with any questions, queries or problems they may have while staying with us
  • Working as part of a team to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure the safety and well-being of our guests
  • Contributing to the smooth running of our residential camps and activities
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 6 months' experience within a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
  • A passion for adventure and working with children
