Team Leader - Children's Residential Home

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our Residential Childcare service. As a specialist childcare provider, we work with children who display challenging behaviour and present with emotional and behavioural difficulties, ADHD, and autism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide regular supervision and training to a team of support workers.
  • Work directly with the children, being a positive role model to the team.
  • Hold a relevant Level 3 Residential Childcare Diploma.
  • UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
