Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Lead Pharmacy Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing medicines optimisation processes, ensuring compliance and supporting the development of pharmacy staff.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have extensive experience in hospital pharmacy, including leadership and management skills. You should also have a strong understanding of medicines optimisation principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage medicines optimisation processes to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient safety and outcomes
  • Mentor and support pharmacy staff in their professional development
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve common goals

What We Offer

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
