Inventory Control Specialist

About the Role:
The Stock Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the growth of our online business, ensuring our customers receive exceptional online experiences and customer service. This involves supporting and encouraging the team to meet performance targets, ensuring timely refunds for returned items or packaging stock for existing online orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Store management team to optimize back-of-house operations and maintain open communication.
- Lead a team to deliver accurate stock processes in a safe, efficient, and target-driven environment.
- Create a motivating atmosphere where team members feel supported, inspired, and empowered to excel.
- Adapt to change and work closely with the team to drive commercial and operational activities.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate communication to meet business needs.
