The Company:
Total Facilities Recruitment Limited is seeking a qualified Maintenance Electrician to join our team working on a static site near Woking. Our client is one of the largest independent providers of property maintenance services in the UK, providing both Planned Preventative and Reactive Maintenance to thousands of clients across tens of thousands of locations around the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
Experience in commercial, industrial, and domestic installation and maintenance is essential. The ideal candidate will be open to dealing with other forms of work such as small installations and capable of working on own initiative and without supervision. A NVQ or C&G Level 3 in Electrical Installation is required.
Desirable Qualifications & Experience:
Working in commercial or property maintenance is highly desirable, as is basic IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and Word. A company van is also a plus.
