We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Registered Manager at National Fostering Group. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to our fostering services in the South East region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and improve outcomes for children and young people.
- Lead and manage a team of experienced professionals, including Team Managers, Supervising Social Workers, and Support Workers.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including Ofsted and regulatory body requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Local Authorities and other key stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our fostering services and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of experience in managing cultural and organisational change management.
- Qualification in social work and leadership and management for care services and health and social care.
- Experience supervising and managing professional staff.
- Proven experience of managing budgets and driving financial performance.
- Strong knowledge of relevant policies and regulations for children's services.
