As a Complex Care Assistant, you will work with individuals who require specialized care, including those with spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, and acquired brain injuries. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional care and support, promoting independence, and enhancing their quality of life.

To excel in this role, you should have prior experience in complex care, ideally with a focus on ventilation care and/or tracheostomy care. A strong understanding of the needs of individuals with complex healthcare requirements is also essential.

Our company offers a comprehensive package of benefits, including a competitive salary of £24,000 - £34,000 per annum, maternity/paternity leave, paid annual leave, a refer-a-friend scheme, and an enhanced DBS check.
