We are currently partnered with a thriving and independent property consultancy who are seeking a skilled Building Surveyor to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality reports, including Level 2 Homebuyers and Level 3 Full Building Surveys.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Production of residential reports
  • Knowledge of building regulations and construction techniques
  • MRICS or AssocRICS Qualification
  • Experience in producing residential reports
  • Ability to work as part of a team
Desirable Skills:
  • Technical drawing and architectural drawing skills
  • Working drawings and construction drawings skills
