The Company:

Optima UK Inc Ltd is a leading manufacturer of point of sale solutions, based in Hertfordshire. We are currently seeking skilled Bench Joiners and Cabinet Makers to join our team due to continuous growth and expansion.

The Bench Joiner Role:

  • Collaborate with the production manager to design and manufacture bespoke point of sale units and displays, utilizing your expertise in woodworking and joinery.
  • Work on a variety of projects, from small to large-scale installations, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying your knowledge to improve processes and outcomes.

The Bench Joiner Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Bench Joiner or Cabinet Maker, with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, with a focus on precision and accuracy.
  • Shopfitting and site installation experience, with a track record of successful projects.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
