As a Youth Support Worker with Change Grow Live, you will play a vital role in supporting young people in care. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and young people in our community.

About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual who is committed to supporting young people in care. As an Independent Visitor, you will be matched with a child or young person and will have the opportunity to build a meaningful relationship with them.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing a strong bond with your assigned young person
- Engaging in activities that promote their development and well-being
- Providing emotional support and guidance
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to be:
- Able to commit to regular visits with your assigned young person
- Passionate about supporting young people in care
- Reliable and trustworthy
