About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Vistry Kent. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences across our sales hubs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively seek out prospective sales opportunities and follow up with customers to optimize business outcomes.
  • Create and deliver engaging virtual tours of our sites and house plots to customers.
  • Negotiate with customers to ensure the best sales outcomes for the business.
  • Utilize technology to innovate and generate sales in diverse environmental and economic conditions.
  • Manage and implement new innovations to fulfill business targets on new home sales.
  • Travel to all sites within the designated area to undertake pre-booked customer appointments.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceptional sales performance.
  • Excellent IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to handle complaints and difficult situations.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Full driving license and access to a suitable vehicle.
