Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Coordinator to support our client in the Manufacturing, Warehousing & Logistics sector. Located in Glasgow, this permanent role involves managing purchase invoices, supplier accounts, and expense processing using SAP and Xero.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about finance and have hands-on experience in accounts, with strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain up-to-date supplier accounts.
  • Process credit card statements and employee expenses.
  • Oversee banking activities ensuring accurate records.
  • Execute payment runs while adhering to company policies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Assist the finance team with various tasks.


Key Skills and Qualifications:

This role requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:

This position comes with an estimated salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus benefits package.
