As a Mortgage Paraplanner at NRG Resourcing, you will work closely with mortgage brokers to manage cases efficiently, ensuring clients receive the highest level of service at every stage of their mortgage journey. Your role will include liaising with lenders and clients, managing mortgage applications from submission to completion, and maintaining accurate records and compliance requirements.

Mortgage Paraplanner Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Lenders and Clients
  • Manage Mortgage Applications
  • Maintain Accurate Records

The successful candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A CeMAP qualification or equivalent is essential, as is minimum 1 year of experience as a mortgage administrator, case manager, mortgage paraplanner, or mortgage advisor.

Benefits and Salary: Up to £45k per annum depending on experience, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, fully funded CeMAP qualification, and a state-of-the-art office with parking and private garden.
