Job Opportunity at West London Children's Healthcare

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paediatric Medicine Consultant to join our team at West London Children's Healthcare. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading clinical teams, and contributing to the development of our paediatric services.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be based at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, working as part of a dynamic team providing acute paediatric services. You will be expected to attend wards, outpatient clinics, and resident nights, covering paediatric emergencies and subspecialty services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, leading clinical teams and contributing to the development of our paediatric services.
  • Attend wards, outpatient clinics, and resident nights, covering paediatric emergencies and subspecialty services.
  • Lead and participate in clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of our paediatric services, including subspecialty interests and training programs.
Requirements
  • Full GMC Registration.
  • CCT in Paediatrics or equivalent OR eligible for entry on GMC Specialist Register within 6 months.
  • Enhanced DBS Clearance.
  • Good understanding of and adherence to the principles of Good Medical Practice set out by the General Medical Council.
  • MRCPCH or equivalent.
