About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Plumber Multi Specialist to join our team at 360 Resourcing Solutions. As a key member of our plumbing maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of domestic and commercial plumbing repairs and maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and rectify faults in plumbing systems, including core and other trades-related repair requests.
  • Ensure the quality of work meets the highest possible standards, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Support other trades to deliver a professional and safe maintenance and repairs service.
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations and resolve them efficiently.
  • Undertake work efficiently and cost-effectively, minimizing non-productive time wherever possible.
  • Apply applicable Health & Safety rules in all work, using risk assessments, method statements, and PPE when necessary.
  • Be willing to work out of hours to meet client requirements and participate in the call-out rota.
  • Work within the company group and assist other contracts as directed by the Contract Manager as and when the business dictates.
Requirements
  • A trade-specific qualification minimum NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent in Plumbing.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience of working in Building Maintenance and Educational environments.
  • Must be competent in two other secondary skills.
  • Full current driving license.
  • Be able to demonstrate competence as a tradesperson and have the tools to do the work.
  • Have the prerequisite technical, statutory, and legislative knowledge for the trades performed for the company, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of updates and changes.
  • Have knowledge of materials and methods used in the building and maintenance industry.
  • Be comfortable dealing with residents, tenants, and representatives, remaining professional even in contentious situations.
  • Understand the need to complete outstanding pieces of work and deal with work completely and in one go.
  • Have an organized approach to meet the demands of the company and clients in an effective and timely manner.
  • Have a practical approach to health and safety, ensuring safety for yourself and others at all times.
  • A problem solver, able to work out proportionate and necessary repairs, learning from previous experiences.
  • Be able to self-manage and be self-motivated, prioritizing and programming work in the most efficient manner.
