About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Team Leader to join our team at The Co-operative Group. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading and developing your team, and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and welcoming service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Lead and develop your team, providing coaching and training to help them grow and succeed.
  • Ensure the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational, managing diligence checks and stock accuracy.
  • Support your store manager, deputising when needed and delivering a variety of HR processes.
  • Build relationships with customers and colleagues, fostering a positive and inclusive store environment.
