About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Tesco Colleague. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store with a positive experience.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and service targets, maintaining a high level of store standards and visual merchandising.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer queries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store maintenance activities, ensuring the store looks its best at all times.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales and profit targets, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer engagement.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services, providing expert advice to customers and promoting relevant offers and promotions.
  • Work flexibly to meet the needs of the business, including working varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring that you are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the success of the store.
