Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, and promoting a high quality of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via remote troubleshooting and on-site visits
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment, including routine and non-routine PM/OQ and PQ tasks
  • Support other engineers when required, and provide training and guidance as needed
  • Collaborate with the tech support team to resolve customer queries and issues
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of analytical laboratory instrumentation and equipment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record of cGxP and at least 2 years' experience in a similar role
