We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Member Support Specialist - Credit Union Operations. This role is responsible for providing exceptional member service, processing financial transactions, and maintaining thorough knowledge of all Credit Union products and services.

Responsibilities:
  • Financial Transactions: Process a variety of financial transactions, including cash deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers, in a timely and accurate manner while providing exceptional member service.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain thorough knowledge of all Credit Union products and services to effectively recommend and sell appropriate solutions to members.
  • Sales Opportunities: Consistently evaluate sales opportunities and make recommendations or offers to increase revenue and enhance member relationships.
  • Account Maintenance: Access member accounts to accurately perform account maintenance tasks, including contact information changes, check ordering, debit card issuance and maintenance, online banking set-up and maintenance, and bill pay support.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Ability to interact with others in a positive manner both in person, by email, and by phone using strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Data Entry: Ability to accurately and efficiently enter data and update member financial records.
  • Sales and Marketing: Ability and willingness to identify needs and sell appropriate products and services.
  • Notary Services: Ability to obtain and perform Notary services.
  • Bilingual Preferred: Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred.
