Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in resolving problems sitting with the user and possess diagnostic & support capabilities using standard Windows-based applications & tools (such as M365, Win10, A.D & SCCM). Any Apple OSX, iOS, and Mac experience would be desirable but certainly not essential.

This is a rewarding role where you will have direct influence on people's day-to-day working life. You will be assigned various tickets throughout the day, addressing each one sympathetically, pragmatically, and principally, with a strong sense of customer service – leaving each ticket not only resolved but with a smile on the user's face – a job well done.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide dedicated support services for deskside and print
  • Work directly onsite with users to resolve issues
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems using standard Windows-based applications & tools

Estimated salary: €45,000 - €55,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
