About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced 7.5t HGV Driver to join our team at DX Network Services Limited. As a 7.5t HGV Driver, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients by ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods to their premises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent DX Network Services Limited in a professional manner at all times.
  • Drive vehicles in a safe and legal manner, ensuring compliance with all legal and company requirements.
  • Perform daily vehicle checks, reporting any defects and completing necessary paperwork.
  • Scan products using DX scanning equipment and ensure all deliveries are loaded safely prior to departure.
  • Manage routing to ensure premium and timed deliveries are achieved.
  • Ensure the correct equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) is in good order and used at all times.
  • Report any delivery or on-road issues to the traffic office immediately.
  • Ensure customer deliveries are made in excellent condition every time.
  • Deal with customer issues in a polite and effective manner.
  • Collect goods in line with given instructions and times.
Essential Criteria
  • Hold a valid C1 or above license with a valid DQC and Tacho card.
  • Maximum of 6 points on license and no bans.
  • Takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to build a rapport with customers.
