Job Description

This Learning Support Assistant position offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced educators and support children with Autism and ADHD across KS3 and KS4. Key responsibilities include delivering one-on-one and small group interventions, supporting classroom learning, building positive relationships with students, and collaborating with teachers and SEN specialists.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Psychology from a top UK university and a passion for working with children with special educational needs are essential requirements for this role. The ideal candidate will also be committed to a Monday-to-Friday, term-time-only contract.
