Job Description: Psychology Graduate Specialist

This exciting opportunity is for a Psychology Graduate to join our client school in Enfield Chase, North London. As a Psychology Graduate Specialist, you will work directly alongside an experienced SENDCo and gain valuable hands-on experience in a supportive SEN provision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students with additional learning needs in both 1:1 and small group environments.
  • Assist with intervention sessions and weekly catch-ups to monitor progress and meet targets.
  • Collaborate with the SENDCo to maintain high educational standards for SEN students.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Psychology is essential for this role.
  • Previous experience working with children with special educational needs is preferred.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary of £19,560 per annum (pro-rata), paid weekly at £475 including holiday pay.
  • Monday to Friday, term time only, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm.
