Job Opportunity

TXM Recruit is partnering with a leading organisation to fill a Multitrader position in Derby and surrounding areas.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Inspect jobs using a handheld device and report findings to the office for quoting purposes.
  2. Perform various domestic maintenance tasks, including general property maintenance.
  3. Remove loft insulation and install new or relaid insulation correctly.
  4. Apply new silicone in bathrooms and kitchens.
  5. Replace kitchen units and doors.
  6. Lay tiling.
  7. Install vinyl flooring, including wet room flooring and coving.
  8. Decorate and plaster walls and ceilings.
Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Requirements
  1. Multi-trade experience.
  2. Full current driving licence.
  3. DBS check required prior to role commencement.
