Job Title: Apprentice Multitrader

TXM Recruit is partnering with a leading organisation to fill a Multi Trader position in Derby and surrounding areas. This exciting opportunity is part of a long-term social housing contract, focusing on responsive maintenance.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Inspect jobs using a handheld device and report findings to the office for quoting purposes.
  2. Perform various domestic maintenance tasks, including general property maintenance.
  3. Remove loft insulation and install new or relaid insulation correctly.
  4. Apply new silicone in bathrooms and kitchens.
  5. Replace kitchen units and doors.
  6. Install tiling.
  7. Lay vinyl flooring, including wet room flooring and capping.
  8. Decorate and plaster walls and ceilings.
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Multi-trade experience is essential.A full current driving license is required.A DBS check is mandatory before commencing the role.
