We are seeking a positive and approachable individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional client care and experience.

As a Part Time Veterinary Customer Care Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive outstanding service and support. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining long-term client relationships, enhancing the client bond, and providing a positive client experience.

Voo Veterinary Group is a family-owned business that believes in providing the best pet healthcare through a combination of general, specialist, and emergency care. We have 7 branch sites across London and Surrey, and a central 24-hour veterinary hospital in Surbiton, Surrey.

We offer excellent training and development opportunities, allowing you to grow and progress within our group. Our training system enables you to develop areas of special interest within the role and seek managerial roles within our group.

As a Part Time Veterinary Customer Care Advisor, you will have the opportunity to work with a growing group of practices, providing interesting and varied work. If you love working with people and pets and want to make a real difference in their lives, this is a fantastic opportunity.
