Join Our Team as a Part Time Veterinary Customer Care Advisor

We are seeking a positive and approachable individual to join our team as a Part Time Veterinary Customer Care Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding client care and client experience in our veterinary practices in London.

About the Role

  • Provide exceptional client care and client experience in our veterinary practices
  • Establish and maintain long-term client relationships to enhance the client bond
  • Work collaboratively with veterinary surgeons to ensure client needs are met
  • Be the initial friendly voice and point of contact for clients
  • Client facing for payments, bookings, queries and admissions for procedures

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a general customer facing role with proven success at client relationship building or sales
  • Excellent communication skills with particular reference to negotiation, persuasion/sales and written skills
  • Positive attitude with a confident and empathetic approach
  • Confident IT skills
  • Ability to flourish in a busy environment, multi-tasking and maintaining organisation
