Healthcare Service Coordinator

We work in partnership with NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups nationwide to provide patients with access to community services closer to their home.
Job Role
As a Receptionist at HealthHarmonie, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our healthcare services. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Patient Greeting and Support - Greet patients and visitors, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Reception Area Maintenance - Keep the reception area clean, organised, and well-maintained at all times.
- Patient Data Management - Accurately input patient details into the Evolution system to maintain comprehensive records.
- Patient Referral Assessment - Assess and prioritise patient referrals based on urgency and medical need.
- Scheduling and Referral Management - Contact patients to schedule appointments and scan and attach referrals to patient files.
Work Schedule and Location
You will work on a 5 out of 7-day schedule as our service operates seven days a week. 8-hour shifts will generally fall between 8:00am and 6pm. Your main base will be Dunston Business Village, Penkridge, Stafford, however you may be asked to cover other clinic locations within the Stoke and Stafford area as and when needed by the business.
About the Ideal Candidate
You must have a driving license and own vehicle to visit the multiple clinic sites. You should align with HealthHarmonie's core values, demonstrating compassion, motivation, attentiveness, integrity, and a commitment to excellence. Prior reception and administration experience is preferable, however we welcome applicants who display a strong passion for providing high-quality care and take pride in their work, and we will invest in your training accordingly.
Expectations and Requirements
As a successful Receptionist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our business and help our patients, fostering a promising career path within our company. Before commencing your role, you must fulfil legal eligibility requirements to work with us, including a successful disclosure check from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and the provision of your right to work documentation during the interview stage. Your training will begin with a corporate induction followed by shadowing an experienced team member, ensuring you gain the necessary skills and knowledge for the role. Full attendance during the training period is essential. 40-hour a week permanent contract. Salary £24,000 per annum.
