We are currently seeking a Clinical Team Leader - RMN to join our team at Ivetsey Bank Hospital in Stafford. Our hospital provides Tier 4 Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMHS) services for young people aged 12-18 with diagnosed mental health conditions.

The role of Clinical Team Leader - RMN involves:

  • Providing clinical leadership to nursing teams and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, individualized care to patients.
  • Supervising and developing staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent patient care.
  • Working as part of a multidisciplinary team to support patients in achieving their planned outcomes.
  • Leading on assessments, care planning, and discharge processes.
  • Taking charge of clinical areas and ensuring a safe and efficient environment for patients and staff.
  • Developing and maintaining effective communication with patients' relatives, families, and carers.
  • Working flexibly to meet the needs of the service over a 24-hour period.

**Essential Requirements:**

  • A current NMC Pin registration.
  • A legal right to work in the U.K.
